  • Generate customized letters of delinquency and forward them to the borrower
  • Field verbal and written borrower inquiries
  • Track response activity and any subsequent payments
  • Evaluate status and forward subsequent notifications
  • Generate management reports tailored to the customer's business strategies

Tax Payment Process

  • Establish escrow lines including payee codes
  • Debit escrow accounts
  • Process payment exceptions
  • Produce payment checks
  • Deliver payments to collecting agencies
