Any or all portions of the customer's property
tax processes can be outsourced to LPS' Lender Services Center. The following
is a summary of the outsourcing processes
that can be assumed by LPS Property Tax Solutions:
Delinquency Notification &
Tracking
- Receive and store action parameters
- Identify property tax delinquencies
- Generate customized letters of delinquency
and forward them to the borrower
- Field verbal and written borrower inquiries
- Track response activity and any subsequent
payments
- Evaluate status and forward subsequent
notifications
- Generate management reports tailored
to the customer's business strategies
Tax Payment Process
- Establish escrow lines including payee
codes
- Debit escrow accounts
- Process payment exceptions
- Produce payment checks
- Deliver payments to collecting agencies
